61st phase---- Eco-city and integrative transport

         At the afternoon of 15th, December, 2011, on the 10th floor’s meeting room,  Liao zhengxian and Cheng yunbo, both from planning division 2, shared one salon event called” exploring and practice for low-carbon Ecocity, Baicheng city, Xinjiang” and”transformation for integrative transport system”
       This time, salon is initiated around two topics ---- Eco-transport and integrative transport---in accordance with the new theories from concrete examples and the technological application in real life. All participants issue some particular speech and opinions from their own professional background.
